Here are some of the venues in the province of Trapani where I have looked after weddings and receptions: from the Tonnara di Scopello to the Temple of Segesta, from the salt pans of Nubia to the countryside of Misiliscemi, from the wineries of Marsala to the villas of Trapani and Favignana.
Donna Franca
A dinner in the dining room at Donna Franca in Marsala: long imperial tables with pale tablecloths, wine glasses and dried wheat centrepieces, for an elegant, intimate indoor reception.
Private villa
A reception at a private villa in Trapani: the courtyard dressed with long tables, centrepieces of white roses and hydrangeas, candles and fairy lights, for an open-air dinner as the sun goes down.
Baglio Fontanasalsa
In the courtyard of Baglio Fontanasalsa, in Misiliscemi, just outside Trapani: wooden tables under the vine pergola, fairy lights and floral arrangements for a reception in the Trapani countryside.

Temple of Segesta
A dinner overlooking the Temple of Segesta: a long table with white chairs, candles and dried wheat at the foot of the hill, facing one of the best-preserved Doric temples in Sicily.
Saline Culcasi
A sunset reception at the Saline Culcasi in Nubia, between the salt pans and the windmill: long tables under fairy lights and golden reflections on the water, along the salt road between Trapani and Marsala.
