Data controller

Browsing data

During your visit, the servers hosting the site automatically record some technical data, such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page visited and the type of browser. This data is needed to run the site and protect it from abuse.

This data is not used to identify or profile you. It is processed by Cloudflare, which hosts the site, only as long as strictly necessary and on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest in ensuring the operation and security of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and browser storage

The site does not use cookies, neither profiling nor third-party cookies, and does not use analytics tools.

On the home page, your browser only remembers, for the current session, whether you closed the invitation to the tasting, so it is not shown again. This information stays on your device, is not sent to anyone and is deleted when you close the tab.

If you call, send an email or a WhatsApp message, the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, the date and details of the event, is used only to reply to your request and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is kept as long as needed to handle the request and, if an assignment follows, for the period required by law, for example for tax purposes.

External services

The site contains links to third-party services: Google Maps for directions, the Google listing with the reviews, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. The site does not load content from these services: they only open if you choose to follow the link, and from then on their own privacy policies apply.

Who processes the data

The data is processed by the controller. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which delivers it through its own network and processes the technical data of visits as data processor. The data is neither sold nor made public.

Gmail, by Google, and WhatsApp, by Meta, are used for messages: when you write to these addresses, your data is also processed by these services under their own privacy policies.

Cloudflare, Google and Meta may process data in the United States. The transfer takes place with the safeguards provided by the GDPR: the European Commission’s adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which these providers participate, or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to access your data, correct or delete it, restrict its processing, object to its processing or receive it in a portable format (Articles 15–21 GDPR). Just write to the email address shown above.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). garanteprivacy.it

This policy may be updated, for example if the services used by the site change. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
